Tabata and a Smoothie!!

Hello my beautiful anti aging peeps....I hope you are all having a happy day...Just wanted to share what I did as far as exercise and a healthy smoothie....With the holidays here it is always so hard to keep those COOKIE pounds off...Let's work at it together...

Ok ...CMT did a Tabata workout this morning...this is a hard full body cardio workout...I will talk more about this in an upcoming video...It's Hard ...it's quick ( and really during the holidays who has time for long workouts on the treadmill  that most of us are not seeing the results we want....especially when menopause has her way with us...Regardless of what you choose as your form of exercise....JUST MOVE...

Ok my smoothie was so refreshing...Lime, Pineapple and AVOCADO...a blend of vitamin C, antioxidants, healthy fats...( for those needing more protein have some egg whites as a side dish, no time to cook them...boil the night before...take them to go)..Make it work for your lifestyle.....for the recipe go to my YouTube channel...

  2. I went to work (I am a medical assistant), then went to my daughter's band banquet, then to the volunteer rescue squad where I volunteer as an EMT to see a friend. Need to find time to make a smoothie!
