Thought I would share the smoothie I was drinking in my last video...I've got the BLUES but it's making me so happy....It is loaded with antioxidants...anti aging for sure..
1 1/2 cups blueberries ( frozen is best since they are not in season)
2 cups unsweetened almond milk ( I use silk brand)
1 tablespoon chia seeds ( no need to grind)
1 tablespoon of ACAI powder ( I get mine from Navitasnaturals.com)
1 tablespoon of RAW CACAO NIBS ( also from Navitasnaturals.com)
1 Tablespoon of EVcoconut oil ( liquid, set jar in hot water to melt)
1 vanilla bean ( or pure vanilla extract 1/2 tablespoon)
Add all except coconut oil to blender...blend well...with top off add coconut in a stream to emulsify into smoothie...Enjoy!!
I hope you all give this beautiful smoothie a try...it is loaded with antioxidants ...
Enjoy your day my beautiful anti aging peeps....Bisous...Tammy ( leave me a comment...love hearing from you!!)

ReplyDeleteI have this little problem,a bit embarrassing. Since I've started drinking smoothies everyday, I have developed a bit of a gas problem. Have you ran into this problem? And most importantly do you have any solutions? Thanks in advance. ~Natalya~
