Ingredients:
Mixed salad greens
Roasted sweet potatoes ( olive oil , seasoning of choice : Herbs de Provence)
Roasted blue potatoes
sauteed mushrooms ( in balsamic vinegar)
sliced apple ( I used Gala)
raw Pecans ( 1 Tablespoon)
drizzle with olive oil and Balsamic vinegar
It is important when you are eating salads and eating healthy to always use the best seasonings, olive oil and balsamic vinegar you can afford...
Your food should not only look good it should taste fabulous..

This salad looks so yummy! I work 9 hours a day, which makes is hard to prepare healthier meals. I need to figure out a better way to cut up everything ahead of time. Thanks for posting Tammy!
